Serving our clients in the areas of financial and estate planning and trust and estate administration is a principal focus of the firm. We counsel a diverse group of families and individuals throughout New Hampshire and Vermont, as well as in other regions, on a wide variety of estate planning and wealth preservation issues. We work closely with clients and their other professional advisors to understand and accomplish clients' personal family objectives and financial goals. We assist with trust and probate administrations, providing personal and legal assistance during times of transition in families. We provide counsel on the use and distribution of pensions and retirement accounts and life insurance. We advise partnerships and closely-held businesses on the organization, reorganization and succession planning designed to eliminate family conflict as well as to reduce income taxes and estate and gift taxes. In addition, we act as fiduciaries.
