The 30th Annual Prouty Century Bike and Challenge Walk
Firm members Dave Bradley and Nick Harvey anchored the Bradley
Bunch team and rode their bikes 100 miles in the 30th Annual Prouty
Century Bike Ride and Challenge Walk held on July 9, 2011. The
2011 Prouty raised over $2.5 million towards cancer research and
patient services at Dartmouth-Hitchcock's Norris Cotton Cancer
Center.
The Bradley Bunch team raised over $50,000. Dave had more
contributors than any of the other 4,900+ participants in the event and
received the prize for being 2nd in the amount of individual fund
raising. It was Dave's 24th and Nick's 26th Prouty Century.
Dave.became the oldest biker to complete the 100 mile Prouty
Century, a distinction held for 20 years by the late Jack Stebbins, one
of the founders of our firm.
Lawline
Lawline, a public service of the New Hampshire Bar Association
during which the Bar forwards phone calls from the public to
volunteer members for brief legal advice, was hosted in November,
2011, by a record 20 volunteers, all members of the Grafton County
Bar Association. This event took place at the offices ofStebbins
Bradley, PA. Senior Partner Dave Bradley and Legal Administrator
Rosemary Nyman represented our firm and during the two hour
session, more than 72 members of the public were assisted with free
legal advice.
Seminars
Dave Bradley will be attending the National Conference of Bar Examiners annual conference in his capacity as Chair of the New Hampshire Supreme Court Committee on Character and Fitness, to be held in Savannah, Georgia on April 19- 22, 2012.

Dave Bradley was selected as one of 22 New Hampshire lawyers to be listed on the new Business Court Mediation Roster. Those listed on the Roster will act as mediators for the business and commercial disputes which are assigned to New Hampshire’s new Business Court.
Gary Brooks has been elected to the Board of Directors of Research Systems Group, Inc., a national environmental and engineering consulting firm with offices in White River Junction, Vermont, Chicago, Illinois, and Salt Lake City, Utah.
Nicholas D. N. Harvey, Jr. is included in Woodward/White, Inc.’s 2010 and 2011 Listing of The Best Lawyers in America in the specialty of Trusts and Estates. Nick was also included in the New England, 2011 edition of Super
Lawyers, for Estate Planning and Probate.
John Storrs Stebbins is serving on the 2009-2010 Grant Review Committee for the Upper Valley United Way.
Academic
Gary T. Brooks is an adjunct professor at Vermont Law School. He regularly teaches the course, "Commercial Transactions."
David H. Bradley was a guest lecturer at the Vermont Law School in March 2011. He presented on a case which he was then litigating to a class at Vermont Law School involving a variety of Uniform Commercial code and practical practice issues. |
