The firm’s goal is always to solve problems, mindful that its clients are best served when disputes are avoided through careful planning. When necessary, however, we provide litigation and alternative dispute resolution services for individual, business and institutional clients with the aim of resolving disputes efficiently with long-term interests in mind. We litigate in the state and federal courts of Vermont and New Hampshire and in the following areas of law:
