Cathryn C. Nunlist (Cappy) joined the firm in 1997 to work with David Bradley in the area of School Law. She also works with clients in the areas of family and employment law.

Cappy worked as a law clerk for the Windsor County trial courts before entering private practice. She later returned to Vermont Law School, where she taught legal writing for four years. Since 2001, Cappy has worked at Vermont Law School on a part-time basis as Assistant Professor of Law and Assistant Director of the General Practice Program. She is a member of the New Hampshire, Vermont and U.S. Supreme Court Bar Associations.

Cappy is currently serving or has served on the Lebanon School Board and the boards of Planned Parenthood® of Northern New England, Sterry R. Waterman Inns of Court, the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of the Upper Valley, Lebanon Opera House Improvement Corporation, and Upper Valley Educators Institute.

She enjoys sports (ice hockey is her favorite) of all kinds, gardening, and traveling and continues to provide support services for her three grown children and physician husband, Mark.
