Wilhelmina Dingemans Miller joined Stebbins Bradley as a director in February, 2000, and is a member of the Vermont and New Hampshire Bar Associations. Willemien concentrates her practice in trust and estate planning and administration. She provides advice on all aspects of trust and estate planning for U.S. citizens as well as non-U.S. citizens. Her practice includes gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, family business succession planning, asset protection planning, disability planning, conservation easements, charitable planning and trust and estate administration.

Willemien is a Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel ("ACTEC") and was the Vermont ACTEC Chair for a 5 year term that ended March, 2010.

Willemien was formerly a director of the law firm of Downs Rachlin & Martin in New Hampshire and Vermont, where she practiced law from 1987 to 2000. She served as the chair of Downs Rachlin & Martin’s trust and estate planning and administration practice group since 1994.

Willemien is co-author of Estate Planning for Owners of Closely Held Business Interests, 809 T.M. 1993, ESTATES, GIFTS, AND TRUSTS. She is past Chair of the Probate and Trust Law Committee of the Vermont Bar Association. Willemien lectures frequently on trust and estate planning and administration topics to professional and community audiences. Throughout her career, Willemien has been involved in community activities. Born and raised in The Netherlands, she is fluent in the Dutch language. Willemien lives in Norwich, Vermont, with her husband, Bob, and two daughters.
