Liz joined Stebbins Bradley in 2026. Liz assists clients with estate planning, trust and estate administration, and guardianships. Prior to and while practicing law, Liz has worked as a teacher. As an undergraduate at Middlebury College, she earned her Vermont teaching license in middle and secondary social studies. She has taught public and private middle and high school students, first-years at Dartmouth College and, most recently, doctoral students at Vermont Law and Graduate School. She joined Stebbins Bradley after practicing estate planning, family law, and civil litigation for three years in Middlebury, VT.

Liz grew up in East Dorset, VT and has been in the Upper Valley for the last eight years. She is proud to be a second-generation female attorney in her family, and third generation attorney in that same line. Her mother, Marilyn Frison Hand, Esq., paved the way for Liz, and Marilyn continues to practice law in Manchester, VT.

Liz is passionate about youth education and development, serving as the president of the Burr and Burton Academy Alumni Board. Liz is also a youth sports coach and volunteers with organizations aimed at reducing food insecurity. In her other free time, Liz sports! She runs, skis, skins, and plays ultimate frisbee, soccer, and ice hockey. She is also a friend, aspiring completer of home projects, mother, and joyously improving watercolor painter. She lives with her son in Lebanon, NH.
