Luke assists clients with estate planning, trust and estate administration, and regularly advises businesses on formations, transactions, and ongoing governance. He frequently serves as outside general counsel to small and mid-sized companies, guiding owners through contracts, succession planning, and other corporate matters. His practice also includes counseling individuals and organizations in real estate transactions. He is licensed to practice in New Hampshire.

Luke earned his J.D. from Wake Forest School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law and participated in both the Litigation and Business Law Clinics. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from American University.

Luke joined Stebbins Bradley, PA in 2025 after founding and operating his own law firm and title company based in Concord, NH. He draws on nearly a decade of legal experience to deliver clear, customized counsel to clients planning for the future, navigating transitions, or closing deals. Prior to returning to New Hampshire, he practiced in San Antonio, TX, where his work included complex commercial real estate, zoning, property owners’ associations, and regulatory advocacy before the Public Utility Commission.

Deeply engaged in the community, Luke is an Eagle Scout and currently serves as Cubmaster of Pack 45 in Hanover, NH—the same scouting program where he grew up. He is also an active member of the Upper Valley Jewish Community. His grandfather taught psychology at Dartmouth from the 1960s–1980s, and his family has longstanding ties to the area. Luke lives in Hanover with his wife, Caroline, and their three young children: Benjamin, Annelise, and Harrison.
