Quinn is an Upper Valley native, born in Hanover, NH and raised in Hartford, VT. He retired from the U.S. Marine Corps in 2023 as a Lieutenant Colonel, having served as an infantry officer and attorney on active and reserve duty. As a civilian, Quinn has worked in a variety of roles in law and business, including private practice in Lebanon and Concord, as an Assistant Attorney General with the New Hampshire Department of Justice, as Contracts Manager for Dartmouth Health’s Supply Chain Shared Services, and as Special Assets and Portfolio Manager for Mascoma Bank. He is also a member of and past secretary for the Grafton County Bar Association.
Quinn draws on his wealth of experience, in collaboration with clients and other professionals, to craft practical legal solutions to suit individual needs.
Outside of work, Quinn serves his friends and neighbors as a Cemetery Trustee and Trustee of the Trust Funds for the Town of Grantham, NH. He previously served as Planning Commissioner and Town Moderator for his hometown of Hartford, VT.
Quinn enjoys hiking, cross-country skiing, watching rugby, and studying history. He lives in Grantham with his wife, Lisa.
